The records, reconciliations and reports that keep your company ready for an FTA review, a bank KYC refresh or a statutory audit.

Why audit-ready matters now

With Corporate Tax in force, financial statements are the starting point for your tax return. Authorities, banks and Free Zones increasingly expect accounts prepared under IFRS and supported by source documents.

The records you must keep

Keep invoices, receipts, contracts, payroll records and bank statements for at least seven years for Corporate Tax purposes. Each transaction in your ledger should be traceable to a document.

Monthly bank reconciliations are the simplest control: they confirm that every payment and receipt in the bank matches your books.

MOULAY tip: Not sure which option applies to you? Run your numbers in our tax compliance simulator before you commit.

When an audit is required

Audited financial statements are required for businesses with revenue above AED 50 million and for Qualifying Free Zone Persons. Many Free Zones also require audited accounts at licence renewal regardless of size.

How MOULAY helps

We maintain your books monthly, reconcile every bank account, prepare IFRS financial statements and coordinate with your auditor so year-end is a formality.
